We purchased our new home in Bexley during the summer of 2022, which was very challenging for buyers. On top of that, we were moving from Richmond, Virginia and could only visit the Columbus area on limited weekends. David met with us virtually a few times before we begin our official house search. It was obvious to us that he wanted to know as much about what we were looking for as possible. As we began to look at homes, David was always extremely responsive by phone, text, or email. He seemed to provide very genuine advice about different areas of town, and never pressured us to make a hasty decision. We had to put in multiple offers, and he helped us navigate that process so that we were successful in finding our home within the timeline we desired. Even after we moved into our house, David was very helpful in recommending professionals to assist with projects we needed to complete. It means a lot to us that he continues to share his expertise and knowledge even after the sale!We also had the pleasure of meeting Megan during some of our house visits. Like David, she was very knowledgeable and helpful.We moved to Columbus because my husband took a job at OSU. All of his colleagues recommended the Powers Group and we wholeheartedly second their recommendation without hesitation!

David, Laura, and Megan (and really the entire Street Sotheby's team) were so amazing during my husband and my home buying process and we truly cannot recommend them more! They are so wise and were giving such great advice and you can truly tell they want you to find they right home for you, not to just make a sale. This was a really tough market for us a buyers and they never once gave up on us and I truly felt as if they were fighting for us.
