David and his team is a superstar group. I would highly recommend The Powers Group if you are looking at buying or selling your home. My experience with David was incredible from start to finish. He took the time to explain each step of the home buying process (we were first time home buyers) so we never felt overwhelmed or unclear on anything. He was always honest and straightforward about each property, never pushed us to bid on something we didn't like, and had a very clear view on the neighborhoods we liked. David has an in-depth knowledge and extensive experience of Columbus and surrounding areas, as well as what each house is worth. I cannot recommend him enough! We will certainly be recommending him to all friends and family and contact him again when it's time to sell.
