David and Laura Powers

David and Laura have sold hundreds of homes in their combined 40 plus years as full-time Realtors. David, a life-long resident of Bexley and graduate of The Ohio State University, entered the appraisal industry where he became licensed by the State of Ohio as a General Certified Appraiser. Following a career in commercial and residential real estate valuation, David decided to use his valuation knowledge in the residential real estate sales world. He acquired his real estate sales license in 2001 and teamed up with Laura, who obtained her real estate sales license in 1996. David and Laura are committed to approaching each transaction as if it were their own.

Recognizing that buying or selling a home is an important financial transaction as well as an incredibly emotional experience, they go above and beyond what is required of the average real estate agent. Their professionalism, organization, and responsiveness provide each client with both a high level of commitment and outstanding service. David and Laura live in Bexley and have three children who all attended Bexley Schools. David is a past President of the Bexley-Eastmoor-Berwick Real Estate Association while Laura is a past President of the Midtown Realtors Association. David is a recipient of the Columbus Realtors' Twenty Five Million Dollar Award and has earned the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club Award of Distinction.

Megan Powers Walker

Megan is a lifelong resident of Bexley, Ohio. A full-time Realtor, she is a member of The Powers Group focusing on Columbus relocations and highly personalized client service. Her professional experience began with Hyatt Hotels where her work included management and sales. There, she developed and nurtured a high-energy strong work ethic, a high standard of attention to detail, and the ability to give a unmatched level of service to her clients. After spending four years in Washington DC, she returned to Bexley with her husband Jeff where she spent the next 25 years raising her four daughters and immersing herself in what she calls "professional volunteerism". Megan served as a board member on the Parkinson's Resource Board at The Ohio State University Medical Center and as Chair of the Bexley Education Foundation. Being a member of The Powers Group and being affiliated with Cutler Real Etsate allows Megan to further leverage her experience in sales, customer service, attention to detail, as well as share her passion for the Columbus area. 

James Powers

James is a lifelong resident of Bexley, Ohio. After graduating from Bexley High School in 2018, James interned at various real estate companies such as the Robert Weiler Company,  Marcus & Millichap, Wagenbrenner Company and HomeTeam Properties. After obtaining his real estate license he joined The Powers Group in 2022. James looks forward to leveraging the extensive experience and resources of The Powers Group to help first-time home buyers in what can be an overwhelming process and guiding them through such a huge milestone. James also brings a passion and focuses towards multi-family properties to The Powers Group. When James isn’t working, you can find him cheering on THE Ohio State Buckeyes, playing golf in both Central Columbus and Northern Michigan, or coaching the boys soccer team at St. Charles Preparatory School.
