We were extremely pleased with David, Laura and Megan from the Powers Group. When we were searching for a new house, they showed us any home in which we showed interest and were very accommodating to our schedule. Once we settled on a house, a bit of a fixer-upper, they helped guide us through the bidding process and all the intricacies of purchasing a home. They kept us on task and were extremely helpful, working meticulously through potential issues found on inspection and reaching out to their contacts to help resolve roofing, electric, HVAC and radon questions. At the same time, they helped us put our house on the market and guide us through the process of selling a home, at the time when the "seller's market" was just past its peak. This caused some household stress, but the Power's group was comforting and made recommendations on asking price and inspection results, telling us to stay strong and confident. They were right and eventually our house did sell at a very acceptable price. They also appreciated our loyalty and gave us a discount on selling our home since we were repeat customers. We thoroughly enjoyed working with David, Laura and Megan on a professional and personal level and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in the Columbus area.

Buying a house in this year's white hot market is challenging and people could easily rush to unwise decisions, either overspending or buying a wrong one.
